The Power Smoothie

Smoothies are simple, delicious and pretty much always safe for braces.  It also allows you to sneak in some healthy stuff you (or your child) might not otherwise get – in this case spinach & chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 c fresh spinach
  • 1/2 c blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 c ice (optional)

Directions

Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
